Question: Which of these healthy habits do you follow everyday?
Brushing once a day
Brushing once a day is just the beginning. Brushing after breakfast removes plaque and freshens your mouth for the day. Brushing before bed, removes plaque which is very important as saliva levels are at their lowest during the night. Adding flossing, or rinsing to your daily brushing routine is an even better way to look after your teeth and gums. Better still combine all three and make sure you go for regular check-ups with your dentist for healthy teeth and gums.
